Biography

Anne graduated from St. Edward High School in 1986 after an outstanding basketball career which included playing on teams which placed 1st and 3rd in the state. She graduated from St. Eds as the leading scorer in school history with 1,124 career points and was then record-holder for most points in one season, best average per game, most assists and most assists in one game (12). A St. Edward Hall of Fame inductee, she was named Courier News Player of the Year as a junior and Northwest Herald Player of the Year in 1985 and 1986. She was named to the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association All State Team as a senior and junior and was named IBCA All State Tournament first team in 1985 and 1986. She went on to play at Mankato State University, Mankato, MN where she was captain her sophomore and junior seasons.
