What does it mean to be an ESHOF member?
The HOF was founded on the idea that community and volunteers would work together to ensure Elgin’s top athletic achievers, coaches, teams would not go unnoticed. The lifeblood of the Elgin Sports Hall of Fame Foundation is its past, present, and future members. Increasing memberships within the Foundation and donations for the scholarship program are among the organization’s primary goals.
Becoming an ESHOF member gives you a voice! Every year, hours of research and time go into offering the community a choice of inductees. By becoming a member, you get to vote in the general membership election of inductees for that calendar year.
100% of all funds received are dedicated to the ESHOF business and programs with the board of directors being 100% volunteer.
