The Elgin Sports Hall of Fame is guided by its mission to recognize Elgin’s outstanding athletes, coaches, administrators and friends, to raise money for the college student-athlete scholarship program and to formally present Achievement Awards and recognition to individuals and teams who have contributed to the success of Elgin’s great sports history during the current year, or through a lifetime of contribution. The ESHOF relies on the generosity of others to fulfill this mission. The ESHOF is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and your contribution is tax deductible. Becoming an ESHOF member gives you a voice! Every year, hours of research and time go into offering the community a choice of inductees. When you become a member you get to vote in the general membership election of inductees for that calendar year and you are invited to our annual awards dinner.
Become a Scholarship Contributor
Your contributions are essential to provide valuable scholarships to our local Elgin area students. Recipients are from Elgin Academy, Elgin High School, Harvest Christian Academy, Larkin High School, St. Edward Central Catholic High School, South Elgin High School, Burlington Central, and Westminster Christian School.
